felix-latin software package provides Latin-French dictionary, by Felix Gaffiot, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install felix-latin
felix-latin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the felix-latin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep felix-latin *
You will get with felix-latin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
